Wrap Smarter: Start Here
Can I wear your scarves if I'm not religious?
Absolutely! Sorrell Hair Wraps can be made for any occasion, for any purpose. Whether you’re covering for religious reasons, style, convenience, or just because your hair said “absolutely not today,” these scarves are built to work with your life—not against it.
Will this work for my hair - or is this another product not made for me?
Sorrell Hair Wraps are designed to be as versatile as you are. I have many different styles, colors, and patterns, which give you so many beautiful options to choose from!
My scarves/tichels are designed for anyone who wants to wear them.
All scarves are 36x36 inches unless otherwise noted. If your hair is short to medium, you can get full or mostly full coverage with your hair down and the wrap folded into a triangle (depending on your hair length, of course)
If your hair is long, you can achieve more coverage by folding the scarf into a triangle, but making one side longer than the other. This will give you a longer tail in the back.
Sorrell Hair Wraps also sells scrunchies and hair bands to help keep your hair and scarf in place.
Will this actually stay on my head?
Yes, and here's how:
All scarves can slip off your hair due to the natural movement between your head and the wrap, so a non-slip band, a volumizing bobi, and/or bobby pins are usually needed to keep it in place.
If using a non-slip headband or volumizing bobi, put it on your head first, then add the scarf. You may still need bobby pins to secure the band, bobi, or wrap, depending on how it feels on your head.
If using bobby pins, secure the wrap to your hair with them in whatever way is comfortable for you after you get your wrap in place.
Where do you ship? How long does shipping take?
I ship in the U.S and internationally. All items are fulfilled and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.
Can I return or exchange a product?
You have 14 days to return or exchange a product. Items in my starter packs are not eligible for customization or product swap unless an item is defective. Please see my returns policy for all the details.
Why did you change your business name, and why do some of the tags still say the old name?
Adama had its moment—but Sorrell Hair Wraps is the upgrade. The new name is trademark-ready, built to grow, and fully mine. Some pieces still have Adama tags because all wraps are hand-made. These wraps were already in creation.
Why do your tags say, "100% miscellaneous pieces of undetermined fiber content. Secondhand materials - fiber content unknown?"
All of my wraps are created from last-chance and second-hand fabric. Per law (the FTC), any garment sold in the US must include the composition percentages of all fibers the garment is made of (e.g., 60% cotton, 40% polyester, etc.) However, the fabric no longer has the original composition sticker, so per the FTC's guidelines, my wraps contain this statement.
